Different formats, the same colour

HEX and RGB describe red, green and blue channels. HSL describes hue, saturation and lightness; HSV uses value instead of lightness. For example, pure red is #ff0000, rgb(255, 0, 0), and hsl(0, 100%, 50%). Conversion alone does not check accessibility contrast.

Which colour formats are supported?

Are HSV and HSB the same format?
Yes. Value and brightness are two names for the same component in this model. HSL lightness is a different calculation.
