By using The Lazy Deck, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

The Lazy Deck provides free, browser-based tools for everyday tasks such as image compression, PDF handling, document formatting and simple calculations. Processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the files or text you work with.

Acceptable use

You agree to use The Lazy Deck only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls on our services.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you process with our tools and for ensuring you have the right to process it. Because processing happens on your device, you retain full control over your files at all times; we recommend reviewing any generated result (such as a converted file, calculation or formatted data) before relying on it, as the tools process your input but do not verify its accuracy or fitness for a particular use.

Free to use

All tools are free to use, with no daily limit, no account, and no login. There is no paid plan, and none is planned.

Advertising

The Lazy Deck is free to use and intends to display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense, to help cover hosting costs once enabled. Advertisements are served by independent networks; we do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of ads shown, or for the products and services of advertisers. Service availability

Tools are provided on an as-available basis without uptime guarantees during the MVP phase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time, with or without notice.

Intellectual property

The The Lazy Deck branding, design, and code are owned by The Lazy Deck. You retain full ownership of any files, text, or documents you process using our tools.

Prohibited activities

The following are prohibited when using The Lazy Deck:

• Uploading, generating, or distributing unlawful content.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Using automated tools to overload or disrupt the service.
• Interfering with the ads, analytics, or consent mechanisms shown on the site, including ad-fraud or click manipulation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Lazy Deck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
